What this website collects.

Nothing loads until you accept

When you first visit, a banner asks whether analytics is okay. Until you accept, no analytics runs — the scripts are not loaded at all, not merely switched off. If you decline, they never load.

What we measure if you accept

We use two tools, both from their respective vendors under their own privacy terms: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.

• How you got here and what device you use — the site that referred you, your browser, and your approximate city. We ask Google to anonymize IP addresses.
• How you move through the page — which sections you reach, which buttons you press, how far you scroll. Microsoft Clarity also records anonymized replays of mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling so we can see where the page is confusing.
• Where you are in the booking guide — which service and location you picked, and whether you reached the calendar. We record the service names, not you.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, email, or payment details through this website, because this website never asks for them.

What this site does not do

• No accounts, no sign-ups, no contact forms. There is no database behind this site and no server that stores anything about your visit.
• No advertising, no ad retargeting, no tracking you across other websites.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. There is nothing here to sell.

Booking goes to Setmore, not to us

Appointments are handled by Setmore, which appears in a frame on our booking page. Anything you type there — your name, contact details, vehicle information — goes directly to Setmore under their privacy policy. That frame is sealed off from the rest of our page by your browser, so neither this website nor our analytics can read what you enter in it.

Cookies and browser storage

Your answer to the consent banner is stored in your own browser so we do not ask again. It never leaves your device. If you accept, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies to recognize a returning visit. Clearing your browser data removes all of it, and the banner will ask again.

Links to other places

Links to Instagram and to our Setmore reviews page leave this site. Once you are there, that company’s privacy policy applies, not ours.

Changing your mind, or asking us anything

Use the control above to turn analytics off at any time. Booking records live in Setmore, so for those we will point you to the right place or handle the request with them on your behalf.
